Rate Details (In US Dollars)




  • Bed and Breakfast accommodations are available for those guests who do not require an entire house.

  • $90 a night for a Private Queen Bedroom, or just $30 a night for a bed in the "Bunkhouse" to share.

  • Entire House .................... $300/night .. $5000/Month.

  • Main House without "Bunkhouse" .. $250/night .. $4500/Month..


  • Cash preferred (Checks accepted in advance)

  • Reservations held with Credit Card

  • Full Payment (and Security Deposit, when required) Due by Major Credit Card at Confirmed Reservation Booking.

  • One Week Cancelation accepted, with full refund. Less than One Week Cancelation Notice, or "No Show", will be billed at the Full Rate. (Unless I am able to fill your reservation, from the "Wait List.)

  • Guests who are Reserving the Main House, or Entire House, are subject to a $200 Security/Damage/Cleaning Deposit, returnable within one week after leaving my house......FULL Deposit refunded, if House is left as you found it....except for the laundry and changing of the beds. Treat my Vacation Home, as if it were Your Vacation Home.....Because it is!

  • I will be "on Grounds" (in my 37 foot Luxury RV, which may be available for Guests as well, depending on the House Bookings) .....during your stay, I will also always be accessible by phone at: 860-248-1799
